Returns & Refunds
At NORSHE, we take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order before shipment.
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was received
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or items that have been used or opened.
Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
